the staff was friendly and helpful. the location in the river north was great with bars, food and attractions within a walk. the bed was really comfortable (i slept like a log).
i think the room should include free parking for the price paid.

The staff members were very kind! They let us check our luggage at the desk so we could explore the city on our last day. The bathtub was amazing, and I used it twice. A free bottle of wine was a nice touch!
The room was clearly not cleaned well. I found random stuff on the ground in the bathroom. The shower curtain looked badly stained, it was not pleasant.

I felt disappointed because the hotel put a hold on two of our credit cards. It was the full amount of our stay on each card until we checked out. That meant they held about $1,400 on EACH card. No apology came when we checked out and the holds finally disappeared. It.
